For commissions or inquiries, you can reach me on VGen or via Instagram DMs (@cherrysouff1e)
Commissions for commercial use will have a commercial fee of around ~$120 commission price.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms.

• Do not claim my work as your own.
• NFT usage is prohibited.
• My artwork may not be used for AI training or any related purpose under any circumstances.
• Please reach out to me if you have any questions or inquiries.
commission process
• All prices are in $USD
• All payments must be made upfront via PAYPAL or the VGen system.
• I will send 3 revisions, in which you can let me know what you would like to change/edit before the final product.
Sketch > Lineart > Flat colours
• Major changes are not allowed after the sketch has been confirmed.
(eg, pose/character)
• Each commission will take around 2 weeks~1-2 months to complete, depending on complexity and my current personal circumstances.
You will recieve a Google Drive folder containing:
- Watermarked version (jpg/png)
- Unwatermarked version (jpg/png)

commercial usage
• Commercial usage is not included unless discussed and paid for separately.
• Additional fees apply if the artwork will be used for:

> Promotional material
> Games, videos, or branding
Commercial usage does not transfer copyright unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

• I reserve full copyright and intellectual property rights to all commissioned artwork, which includes the right to redistribute and use as samples.
• I reserve the right to watermark my artwork
Refunds
• Full refunds will only be available before the sketch is approved.
Partial refund is allowed:
> After sketch approval: 50%
> Lineart: 30%
Anything past the lineart stage will not be eligible for a refund.
• If I am not able to complete your commission for any personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.
